pub struct NcnpagConfig {
pub cycles: usize,
pub progress: bool,
}Expand description
Configuration options for the non-collapsing NPAG (NCNPAG) algorithm.
Fields§
§cycles: usizeNumber of NPAG cycles used to refine each surviving support point.
0 disables refinement, leaving a pure Bayesian reweighting of the input
grid. The default (500) matches the historical NPAGFULL behavior.
progress: boolWhether to show NPAG progress output during refinement.

impl<E: Equation + Send + 'static> Algorithm<E, NonParametric> for NcnpagConfig
Source§type Output = NonParametricResult<E>
type Output = NonParametricResult<E>
The specific result struct (e.g.
NonParametricResult<E>).Source§fn fit(
self,
problem: EstimationProblem<E, NonParametric>,
) -> Result<Self::Output>
fn fit( self, problem: EstimationProblem<E, NonParametric>, ) -> Result<Self::Output>
Consumes the configuration and the problem, runs the optimization to
completion, and returns the strictly-typed result.
